Job description

Reporting to the Logistics manager , the person’s main responsibilities will  be, tracking customer shipments taking into account our customers high standards.

Wanted profile

  • DEC in inventory and / or supply management
  • Two years experience inventory management , logistics and /or production in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual orally and written (French and English)
  • Good knowledge of an integrated management system
  • Computer skills (MS office suite)
  • Teamwork and leadership
  • Good sense of planning and organization
  • Autonomous and meticulous


  • Coordinate the supply of raw material that are under you responsibility.
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries as well creating and maintaining deliveries of the parts under your responsibility.
  • Participate in the development /improvement of packaging.
  • Coordinate activities related to the shipping and receiving department.
  • Manage the flow of customer  returnable containers.
  • Maintain inventory and PFEP levels.
  • Interact with unionized employees related to the following departments. Store , Warehouse. Shipping , Receiving  and repackaging.
  • Monitor performance indicators (PI)
  • Participate in year end inventory at the end of April
  • Participate in customer training programs.
  • Work with our tools in order to structure , organize and improve our activities.
