At Exo-s, continuous improvement is not only for processes, it’s also for personal development. A few weeks ago, the R&D Engineering team took some « time off » to, amongst others, master the ability to capture the Voice of the Customer in our business development process. As usual, this session was punctuated with our value « fun factor », i.e. fat bike and snowshoeing as a team!
