June 4, our CEO was attending the OESA’s (Original Equipment Suppliers Association) Chief Executive Officers Council Meeting.

The first presentation touched the Labor Relations Challenges for The Auto Supply Industry in Anticipation of the Detroit Three Labor Negotiations. Robert Chiaravalli, from Strategic Labor & Human Resources LLC, discussed how to establish solid labor and employment relation strategies specifically for suppliers.

The meeting concluded on a presentation on Driving Digital Transformation Through Shared Services and Global Business Services Organizations by Frank Khoshnoud, Vice President, General Manager-Automotive at Conduent.  Mr. Khoshnoud detailed a shared services roadmap to success including traditional Finance, Accounting and Procurement processes, serving as the foundation to drive Digital Transformation (robotic process automation, machine learning, data analytics and blockchain) providing a faster and more comprehensive strategy.
