Youth and wisdom go hand in hand: mechanical engineering students visit our factory in Richmond!

Our balance value is defined in a variety of ways, the most common being work-life balance. The balance of our teams (expertise vs experience) is also another way of defining it.

We are proud to have young graduates in our midst who work alongside experienced people with many years of seniority. This happy marriage happened again on Wednesday November 27, when some 20 mechanical engineering students from the University of Sherbrooke came to visit a factory in Richmond. In collaboration with our new retiree Omar Khennache, Ph.D. in chemical engineering, this visit was meant to complement their course on plastic materials and processes.

No doubt they learned a lot from this exchange!

Good luck to the future graduates… and happy retirement to Omar, still as active!
