8D is a methodology to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of completing corrective actions. Many of Exo-s customers request 8D type solutions. The training was held onsite in the Coldwater Plant through Plexus Training Systems (Quality Training Service provider). Not only was it a great course, but it also helped to strengthen the team work between the Coldwater and Howe plant.
