The Medical Marketing Analyst plays a strategic role in understanding markets, customer behavior and campaign performance. Using quantitative and qualitative data, this person actively contributes to the development of fact-based marketing initiatives, supports business decisions and assists the sales team in strengthening Exo-s’ position as a CMO leader for medical plastic device.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Medical Sales Director, your main responsibilities are to:
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Formulate clear, actionable recommendations based on analysis.
- Conduct competitive analyses and industry studies to build marketing strategies.
- Participate in customer segmentation and customer value modeling.
- Produce dashboards and regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of predictive models (e.g. regression analysis, advanced segmentation, marketing attribution).
- Work with BI (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), CRM (e.g. HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GA4, Zapyrus).
- Define relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor their evolution and ensure their alignment with business objectives.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business intelligence, statistics, economics, business administration or another relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing data analysis in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Masters Excel, analytical tools and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (asset).
- Knowledge of statistical techniques (e.g. A/B testing, regression, clustering).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to popularize complex results.
- Critical thinking, analytical rigor, natural curiosity and strong business acumen.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation in the medical device sector.
- Availability to travel to support /participate to trade shows and events
