- Daily Activities
- Transition meeting with outgoing/incoming certified trainers
- Conduct new employee orientation/onboard training
- Instruct team in proper work methods and standard work, monitor team quality, insure adherence to touch point inspections
- Review Daily shift report and able to communicate to team
- Review Production Sheets, Board, and Plex for accuracy purposes
- Review parts in care, collect samples to review with operators
- Ensure that all training is done in full compliance with process of control book
- Distributes team members to specific tasks during downtime or setup
- Notify designated personnel of any irregularities in materials, process, or equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment guided by the 5s principles
- Understand problem solving and escalation process
- Lead and participate in improvements and initiatives
- Support ongoing improvement activities
- Maintain organized training records
