PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Reporting to the Director – Product Development, the Program Manager’s main responsibilities will be to manage product development projects in the automotive field.
More specifically, the successful candidate will :
- Coordinate the various projects according to the Product Development Process (PDP) in order to meet customer and IATF quality standard requirements;
 - Create and maintain project schedules;
 - Coordinate engineering changes;
 - Create and maintain project budgets, monthly reports and other project management documents;
 - Participate in customer development meetings and assist in the parts development phase.
 - Provide support to quoting, sales and operations teams ;
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant field;
 - 4 to 6 years experience.
 - Bilingual, both written and spoken.
 - Stand out for your autonomy, planning skills, ability to manage priorities and thoroughness.
 - Demonstrated ability to negotiate with customers and suppliers, and highly developed commercial sense.
 - Team-oriented and available to travel.
 - Good computer skills (MS Project, Monday, Excel, Power Point).
 - Experience in plastic injection and blow molding would be an asset, as would knowledge of the automotive industry and Spanish.
