Her career with Exo-s began in 1997, when she joined the team as a production operator, following in the footsteps of her grandfather and father, who also built their careers at the company.

Over the years, her curiosity, versatility, and desire to push herself have led her to take on various roles, particularly in production, logistics, and team management. She also made history at our plant by becoming the first woman at Exo-s to operate a forklift!

Always on the lookout for new challenges, Natacha reached a major milestone in 2023 by becoming a night shift production supervisor, before moving into a day shift supervisory role in May 2025.
Her journey exemplifies what matters most to us at Exo-s: offering our employees the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career that matches their ambitions.

Today, Natacha continues to embody our “Entrepreneur” value through her dedication, her on-the-ground expertise, and her constant desire to contribute to the company’s success.
